Internet explorer not working in windows 8.1 64 bit free
Compatibility View does not work in bit Internet Explorer 11 after you update to Windows RTM.
I want to install the 64 bit explorer on Windows 8. When I try the message is that it does not apply to my system. I have problems playing downloaded videos, thought this might help. The internet explorer is 32 bit for some reason, as is the Flash player.
I do have a 64 bit processor. This is an ongoing issue, videos stutter, stop, resume, buffer any source. I've tried to downlosn the 64 bit Internet Explorer, msg is that it isn't appropoate for my system, and no luck with a 64 bit flash player either.

No reason, yet, to delete cookies, history, passwords, etc.
